Osprey Captures Fish

The osprey has that distinctive piercing screech to announce its arrival. What pleasure it was to turn to the direction of the sound and see it diving for prey. I captured the osprey with my Nikon D5300 as it was pulling out of the ocean water, water still sprinkling from its feathers, with a meal clutched in its talons.
